Himalayan salt lamps come in many natural shades, varying from pure white, oranges, pinks, reds and sometimes a mixture of them all.
 
The reason for this colour variation is caused by the infusion of iron coupled with over 80 other minerals within the salt crystal.
 
When used as a salt lamp and heated, your salt lamp releases negative ions which acts to purify the surrounding air. 
They also give the room a wonderful soft warm glow.
